Pulse is my boat, launched in 2001, and refitted and modernised in 2010. Designed as a family cruiser/racer, with comfort, performance, and socialising in mind. She is an open bridge deck catamaran, with spray rails on the hulls and hard dodgers around the cockpit to make fast sailing more enjoyable. Helming is by central whipstaff in the cockpit, with all sail controls close at hand. The rig is a rotating wing, with a boomless mainsail and self tacking fully battened jib or staysail. Extra’s can be flown from the retractable prod.

Down below is a double bunk aft in each hull, that can also fold into a dinette. Midships to starboard is the galley, while to port is the navigation and head areas. Forward in each hull is a single berth, and forward hatch which allows great ventilation at anchor.
